FAQ

  • Normally pergolas like ours from a local contractor would cost $25,000-$80,000+. (These are based on actual quotes!)

A typical supply chain involves about 7-10 parties, each adding their own +70-200% profit margins at every stage of the supply chain.

These parties include Local Contractors, Local Distributors, Regional Distributors, Intermediary Warehouses, Brand, Manufacturers etc.

We cut out all the middlemen and and bring this product directly to the consumer at a TRULY AFFORDABLE price.

At the same time, we improve quality by reducing manufacturing defects due to standardized manufacturing and shipping mishaps.

  • Your pergola will arrive within 14 business days after you order.

The best part? SHIPPING IS FREE!

  • Our pergola kits include the pergola frame structure, lighting, remote-controlled fan, a remote controller, the necessary assembly hardware, and assembly instructions.

NOT INCLUDED: foundation mounting hardware & additional accessories.

  • Cheaper Metal/Aluminum Options:
Low-cost metal or aluminum pergolas from places like Amazon, Costco, or other big box stores are cheaper because they cut corners.

Most are made by companies in China or the EU that focus on saving money, often copying our high-quality designs. This leads to poor metal quality, thin materials, bad paint, weak assembly, and shorter life spans.

Problems include lowered weak wind resistance, leaks, rusting on hardware within 1-2 years, shaky structures, and annoying rattling or squeaking sounds. Warranties are usually short (1-3 years), with little or no customer support.

See for yourself! Check reviews on third-party sites or inspect products in store. Our pergolas cost more to make, but are sold at AFFORDABLE prices, come with a 10-year warranty, and can last over 20 years.

This quality is usually found in pergolas costing over $30,000.

    Wooden Options:
Wooden pergolas are technologically outdated compared to modern aluminum ones. Though they can look nice, wood often splinters, warps, or rots quickly. Many wooden pergolas become worn out in just 2-3 years due to weather damage. They require a lot of upkeep, like annual sealing and replacing canvas or polycarbonate covers every few years because of sun, weather, and water damage.

  • A custom pergola can easily cost upwards of $50,000!

A high price doesn’t always mean better quality. Often, you’re paying extra because of middlemen in a supply chain.

We cut out the middlemen and send the pergola straight to you, using top-quality manufacturing standards. This lets us spend more on materials and craftsmanship, giving you a pergola that’s as good as or better than any custom one for an AFFORDABLE price!

  • We offer a 10-year limited warranty on our pergolas against any manufacturing defects, including the aluminum frame and the louver opening and closing mechanisms.

Our electronic parts, like louver motors, solar panels, lights, and fans, come with a 3-year limited warranty.

  • The pergola can be set up and fastened onto a range of flat, stable surfaces, provided that the dimensions of the space are suitable.

Compatible surfaces include concrete, resin, paving slabs, wooden and composite decking, porcelain tiles, and various other types of tile.

While not necessary, our suggested method of mounting is placing 14”×14” concrete piers beneath the points where the pergola’s feet will rest, or even opting for a full concrete pad.

This will help enhance the structure’s stability and longevity.

  • Yes, the pergola can be moved once installed; it can also be disassembled if you're moving houses.

  • The size and weight are dependent on the pergola size.
