At Affordable Pergolas USA, we work hard to ensure every customer receives a high-quality product they can enjoy for years. Because our pergolas are large, made-to-order items, certain limitations apply to returns and exchanges. Please review our policy below.

Damaged or FAULTY Parts

If any part arrives damaged or defective due to a manufacturing issue, we will replace it free of charge, including free shipping. To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can process your claim quickly.

NON-DAMAGED OR NON-FAULTY RETURNS

We do accept returns; however, due to the size and weight of our products, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Returned items must be in new, unused condition and packaged securely in their original materials. Once the product is received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 14 business days, minus original shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Exchange eligibility and cost will depend on the situation. Customers are typically responsible for the shipping fees associated with exchanges unless the exchange is due to a manufacturing or fulfillment error.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled at no cost as long as the product has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and will instead fall under our standard return policy. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can attempt to stop shipment before it leaves our facility.

Important Notes

• All return or exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

• Customized or modified items may not be eligible for return or exchange.

• Products must be returned in their original condition for refunds or exchanges to be approved.
